To celebrate the launch of Tiggy's Barn we have lots of amazing offers for visitors who want to spend time with the animals. Special breakfast/lunch deals and much more. To find out more, visit our events page.
One of the most enjoyable sights is watching the joy on the children's faces when they get up close and even hold the animals. It is a great opportunity for children to get close to the animals and learn more about their habitats, and to have a chance to feed them.
Come and explore our fabulous educational petting farm and meet some of our newborns! We also have regular new arrivals and once they have settled in to life at Tiggy's Barn our visitors can meet them too.
You will find all sorts of animals wandering around the paddocks, but can you name them all?

So who lives on the farm?
We have a growing family of beautiful animals on the farm including kid goats and lambs during Spring and early Summer.
We also have some tiny rabbits and guinea pigs, golden pheasants, a pot belly pig and of course no farm is complete without chickens!
Did you know a group of ferrets is called a business?
Our ferrets are very sociable and inquisitive little things so don't be surprised if they dart down your sleeves or underneath your jumper!
It is quite difficult to imagine how small new arrivals are but our young visitors will have the opportunity to see lots of newborns in the Spring and early Summer months.
Our rabbits are super friendly and love to be cuddled! We regularly have new arrivals, and these guys are growing very fast, even if the are still a little camera shy!
Well, what can we say about Chewy? What a cheeky pot bellied pig he is! Don't worry, he'll let you know when it's dinner time...
The Petting Area
Our recently refurbished educational petting area is perfect for very young children to get close to the animals in a safe and secure environment.
Golden Pheasants are smaller than those you see in the fields and country lanes but their striking colours make sure they don't go unnoticed - see if you can spot one on the farm!
For health and hygiene reasons we cannot unfortunately allow any food to be consumed on site at Tiggy's Barn. However, please feel free to come and join us in the cafe for some refreshing drinks and perhaps a delicious bite to eat too!
